    • counselling winchester #01As a professionally qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with Accredited membership of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk) I provide therapy personally tailored to the needs of each individual. My role is in helping you to help yourself.

    I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including adoption (Barnardos Approved Adoption Counsellor),anger management, anxiety, depression, couples counselling, family conflict, infertility, life changes and transitions, low confidence and self esteem, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, personal development, problem solving, work related stress, redundancy, weight and body image and loss. One of the particular areas in which I work is bereavement.

    Alongside my private practice in Winchester, I also work as a clinical supervisor to counselling students at a local college and as a counsellor for an Employee Assistance Programme. I am also a registered practitioner for Aviva Insurance.
