Welcome to Counselling with Nicky WorrallHello! My name is Nicky Worrall and I am a BACP Accredited counsellor who has, in addition, undertaken psychotherapy training. My private practice is based in Winchester. I provide individual counselling to adults and couples on a long or short term basis.
As a professionally qualified counsellor with Accredited membership of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk), I provide counselling personally tailored to the needs of each individual. My role is in helping you to help yourself.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger management, family conflict, infertility, life changes and transitions,low self-esteem, weight and body image, relationship difficulties, personal development, problem solving, redundancy, work related stress and loss. One of the particular areas in which I work is bereavement.

There can be occasions in our lives when the people or support networks we would normally turn to are either not appropriate or not available to help with a current difficulty or perhaps to talk about something that happened long ago.
