My role is in helping you to help yourself.

    I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anger management, anxiety, depression, family conflict, infertility, life changes and transitions, low confidence and self esteem, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, personal development, problem solving, work related stress, redundancy, weight and body image and loss. One of the particular areas in which I work is bereavement.

    Alongside my private practice in Winchester, I also work in the NHS and provide counselling to clients on Employee Assistance Programmes. I am also a registered practitioner for Aviva Insurance.
